Floor Manager

Job Overview:

The Floor Manager will lead restaurant operations while focusing on business growth, customer satisfaction, and brand promotion. This role blends operational control with proactive business development, ensuring a seamless guest experience and increased footfall through strong customer engagement and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:A. Operations & Floor Management

  • Oversee daily floor activities, ensuring excellent guest service and smooth functioning.
  • Coordinate effectively with kitchen, service, and bar teams.
  • Maintain hygiene, ambiance, and safety standards of the restaurant.
  • Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints courteously.
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure service quality consistency.

B. Business Development & Marketing

  • Drive revenue growth by implementing innovative footfall-increasing strategies.
  • Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and regular guests.
  • Promote special offers, events, and loyalty programs to attract new customers.
  • Handle reservations, group bookings, and private events efficiently.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to boost online presence and customer reviews.
  • Analyze customer trends and prepare reports for management.

C. Team Management

  • Supervise and motivate front-of-house teams to ensure top-quality service.
  • Conduct regular staff briefings, trainings, and grooming checks.
  • Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a positive work environment.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
  • Smart personality with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven record in business development or hospitality sales.
  • Customer-centric, energetic, and result-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office.
  • Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and deliver under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Restaurant management: 6 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • english and hindi (Preferred)

Location:

  • Connaught Place, Delhi, Delhi (Preferred)
