Floor Manager Female (Arabic Speaking / Wellness and Medical Experience)

Key Requirements:

• Language: Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and good command of English.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a Medical Center / Wellness / Spa / Hospitality environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day floor operations ensuring smooth client flow and premium service standards.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance to maintain efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare and wellness protocols as per SHCC/MOHAP guidelines.
• Monitor ambience, cleanliness, and client comfort across all treatment rooms and waiting areas.
• Act as the first point of contact for clients to address concerns, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with administration, HR, and operations to ensure seamless functioning.
• Support in events, promotions, and wellness programs hosted at the center.
