Job Title: Floor Supervisor

Reports To: Operations Manager / Department Head

Job Summary:

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the sales or production floor, ensuring high levels of customer service, team productivity, and operational efficiency. This role acts as a liaison between frontline staff and management, leading by example, supporting team members, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor staff to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service.
• Monitor workflow, delegate tasks, and provide real-time direction and support to team members.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing staff to maintain performance standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and merchandising (if applicable).
• Conduct opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reports.
• Collaborate with management to implement sales initiatives and meet performance targets.
• Enforce company policies and ensure team adherence to operational guidelines.
• Support audits and inspections by maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or a related field is a plus.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems or relevant operational tools.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and safety protocols.

Pay: AED2,400.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
