Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Lead, train, and motivate front-line staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the floor
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen and management teams for seamless communication
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, and shift management tasks
• Uphold company policies and maintain a positive team environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a hospitality supervisory role (restaurant, hotel, or similar environment)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for service excellence
• Hands-on, proactive, and team-oriented

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
