Floor Supervisor

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily front-of-house operations to ensure efficient service, staff performance, and customer satisfaction. This role supports the Floor Manager by coordinating team members, maintaining service standards, handling guest inquiries or concerns, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations during shifts.

Achieve all financial targets.

Lead the team during each shift, ensuring company service standards are consistently met

Work closely with other team members to ensure excellent service is provided to all customers.

Check customers are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.

Escort customers to their tables as well as thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.

Perform personnel actions, such as providing employee orientation and training, and conducting supervisory

activities, such as creating work schedules or organizing employee time sheets, in harmony with labor plan for

productivity concerns.

Analyze operational problems, such as theft and wastage, and establish procedures to alleviate these problems.

Compile and balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift.

Maintain clean service areas.

Monitor all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner.

Fully understand and comply with all regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the

restaurant, employees and guests.

Take direction from the Restaurant Manager and carry out any additional responsibilities as assigned
