Floral Designer

Seeking a creative, passionate Floral Designer to express their passion! We would like to expand our team with a energetic, positive, hardworking individual looking to work at least 20 hour per week.

Floral Designer Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process flowers: cut new flowers, transplant plants, mix plant or flower food solutions, fill containers with the food solutions, and sanitize workspaces
• Creative Designer
• Read and follow floral recipes
• Fulfill floral arrangement orders
• Understand appropriate flower substitutions
• Assisting customers choose flowers and arrangements based on budget
• Answering phone, taking orders, and entering orders into POS system (Dove)

Floral Designer Preferred Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED certificate
• at least 3 years experience in floral industry
• Knowledge of floral trends and basic design principles
• Manual dexterity
• Excellent communication and sales skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
