Floral Designer

Chicky Blooms is growing and we’re looking for an experienced Floral Designer to join our creative team.

Position Details

• Role: Floral Designer (Part-Time / Temp-to-Hire)
• Hours: 15–25 hours per week (with opportunity for more during busy seasons)
• Start: Immediately – we need extra hands for our exciting Grand Opening!
• Pay: Competitive hourly rate (DOE)

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of professional floral design experience (retail, weddings, or events)
• Ability to create custom arrangements, centerpieces, and bouquets with speed and precision
• Strong knowledge of flower care and handling
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently and follow Chicky Blooms’ design style

Responsibilities

• Design and create custom floral arrangements for daily orders, events, and corporate accounts
• Assist with shop set-up, inventory, and maintaining a clean, welcoming workspace
• Help with holiday/event prep and grand opening festivities
