About Us

Tulip Flowers is a leading luxury floral brand in the UAE, specializing in premium floral arrangements for weddings, events, and VIP clients. We are looking for Florist Assistants & Helpers to join our growing team and support daily shop operations, event setups, and customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

Assist florists in preparing, arranging, and packaging flowers and bouquets.

Care for fresh flowers (watering, trimming, and proper storage).

Help with loading, unloading, and transporting flowers, stands, and event materials.

Support in setting up and dismantling floral decorations for weddings, events, and receptions.

Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and stock of floral supplies.

Assist with deliveries and ensure flowers are handled with care.

Provide customer support when required.

Perform general shop and logistics tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

Previous experience in a flower shop or retail is a plus, but not mandatory.

Physically fit and able to handle lifting and moving items.

Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and during events.

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a positive attitude.

Team player with willingness to learn floral design techniques.

Basic communication skills in English
