About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven SEO Expert to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate is an all-rounder with a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies that drive organic growth. You will be responsible for all facets of SEO, including content strategy, technical optimization, and building a high-authority backlink profile. If you are passionate about scaling website traffic, improving search engine rankings, and have a strong command of the English language, we want to hear from you.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Execution:

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities.
• Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure a steady stream of high-quality, relevant content.
• Write, edit, and optimize website copy, blog posts, and articles to align with SEO best practices and brand voice.
• Manage a team of writers or freelancers, creating detailed editorial guidelines and SOPs to maintain quality and consistency.

Technical SEO:

• Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexation, site architecture, and page speed.
• Manage and analyze website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Implement on-page SEO best practices, including optimizing meta tags, headers, schema markup, and internal linking.
• Stay current with the latest search engine algorithm updates and industry trends.

Link Building & Outreach:

• Design and execute effective link-building strategies, including guest posting, broken link building, and relationship-based outreach.
• Identify and build relationships with high-authority publishers, bloggers, and industry influencers.
• Manage the end-to-end outreach process, from prospecting to securing placements.
• Track and report on link-building efforts and their impact on domain authority and rankings.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Develop and monitor key SEO performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of strategies.
• Create detailed performance reports that provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Use data to make informed decisions and pivot strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in a similar role with a strong portfolio of successful SEO projects.
• Exceptional command of the English language (fluent), with excellent writing and editing skills.
• Expertise in the three core pillars of SEO: Content Writing, Technical SEO, and Link Building.
• Proficiency with industry-standard SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, particularly WordPress.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A background in Computer Science or Data Science is a significant plus.
