Role Overview

Teleperformance is seeking highly skilled Customer Experience Specialists to support a leading global E-commerce brand. This role is designed for professionals with exceptional English communication skills who thrive in a dynamic, international environment. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end customer journeys, ensuring premium service delivery for a global clientele.


Key Responsibilities

Inquiry Management: Act as the primary point of contact for international customers, addressing inquiries related to order management, logistics, and product specifications.

Problem Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve complex customer issues with a focus on First Contact Resolution (FCR).

Omnichannel Support: Deliver high-quality assistance across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

Brand Advocacy: Maintain the professional tone and standards of a world-class international brand.

Continuous Improvement: Document customer feedback and collaborate with leadership to enhance the overall user experience.

Candidate Requirements

Language Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (High-level/C1 equivalent).

Adaptability: Flexibility to work rotational shifts within a 24/7 operational framework.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in navigating digital platforms and CRM software.

Compensation & Benefits

Remuneration: Competitive monthly salary of up to 19,500 EGP Net + Overnight bonus.
