Job Description:

We are in search of a proficient Flutter Developer. The chosen candidate will be responsible for crafting exceptional mobile applications using Flutter. This role requires collaboration with diverse teams, ensuring the creation of feature-packed and high-performance applications while adhering to Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Flutter, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and integrate new features.
• Ensure the robustness of code by conducting unit tests, handling edge cases, usability, and reliability.
• Address bugs and enhance performance to uplift the user experience.
• Stay abreast with the latest in Flutter and iOS technologies, adopting them to boost development efficacy.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work both autonomously and in tandem, contributing effectively as a team member.
• Excel in a dynamic work setting, addressing pressing deadlines and embracing changes.
• Exhibit superior time management capabilities, particularly when under pressure to meet project milestones.
• Engage actively in Scrum team proceedings, including daily stand-ups, project updates, retrospectives, and iteration reviews, while following Agile methodologies.

Coding Standards:

• Stick to best practices and coding benchmarks in all Flutter and iOS development tasks.
• Uphold clean and comprehensively documented code to facilitate collaboration and maintenance.
• Learning and Adaptation:
• Stay open to training on novel topics and consistently strive for precision when adapting to challenges and shifts.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Dart and a familiarity with Swift and Objective-C.
• In-depth knowledge of Flutter SDK and iOS specifics.
• Acquaintance with version control mechanisms, notably Git.
• Superior problem-diagnosis capabilities and attention to minutiae.
• Effective team communication competencies.
• A commitment to learning and adopting emerging technologies and staying in tune with industry advancements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in native iOS app development.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and the integration of web services.
• Acumen in mobile app design ideologies and user experience (UI/UX) design.
• Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
