Job Title: FM Administrator
Company: Affordable Group of Companies
Location: Dubai, UAE

Core Duties:

  • Prepare and manage contracts, service agreements, invoices, and purchase orders accurately and promptly.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors to expand supplier network and enhance service options.
  • Conduct vendor and supplier comparisons to secure the best quality at minimum cost.
  • Negotiate favourable terms and pricing to support cost-saving objectives.
  • Maintain organised records of all procurement and contractual documents.

Essential Skills:

  • Highly efficient in drafting and processing legal and financial documents.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on cost reduction.
  • Experienced in vendor comparison, selection, and relationship management.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in facilities management, procurement, or a related role.
  • Knowledge of local (UAE) vendor markets and regulations.
