Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare technical and incident report with basic root-cause details to line manager.
  • Update systems with work orders and asset data.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs for all building systems.
  • Record preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance in whole operations.
  • Prepare monthly operational reports and track service requests, work orders, and vendor activities.
  • Document shift handovers and site transfer reports.
  • Ensure all documentation meets company, client, and regulatory requirements.

Project and Vendor Management

  • Plan and schedule project activities with operations and maintenance teams.
  • Review projects, specifications, and scopes for compliance.
  • Manage vendors and contractors across all FM services.
  • Review and approve work submissions, invoices, and reports.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks
  • Support procurement, vendor selection, track budgets and control project costs.
  • Resolve technical issues between vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Certified Facility Engineer; Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 3–7 years of experience in Facilities Management or building operations.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and FM project workflows.
  • Experience managing vendors, contractors, and service providers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
