FM Performance & Control Sr. Specialist

C2 company, marking a pivotal step in the development of the Saudi airports sector. The company manages and operates airports, including domestic and international airports. The company aims to build an advanced network of airports that supports tourism and enhances services quality and operational efficiency to achieve the Saudi Vision 2030 by developing airports and enhancing the investment opportunities.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the utilization of assets and facilities and analyze performance data to identify deviations and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare periodic reports on facility conditions, maintenance activities, and project status, and submit them to stakeholders to support decision-making, including preparing regulatory compliance requirements for the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA).
  • Manage facilities and asset management contracts, including preparing and analyzing tender documents, contract terms and extensions, service level agreements (SLAs), and approving documentation in accordance with the delegation of authority matrix.
  • Define and monitor contractual performance indicators and ensure compliance with the scope of work and responsibilities stipulated in contracts.
  • Review and update asset and facilities management procedures, apply benchmarking, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assess and manage operational risks and asset failure risks, link them to the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) system, and prepare mitigation, emergency, and business continuity plans.
  • Ensure facilities’ compliance with GACA regulations, other regulatory bodies’ requirements, safety standards, international airport standards, and internal policies.
  • Address regulatory observations and ensure fulfillment of licensing requirements, while continuously updating compliance documentation and records.
  • Coordinate with the Corporate Safety Department to ensure facility designs and operations comply with safety requirements and emergency response plans.
  • Support continuous improvement and innovation by developing performance management data requirements, reviewing maintenance contracts, and organizing training programs and workshops for facilities staff in coordination with Human Resources.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4–6years of experience in the same field.
