FMCG (Food) Business Development Executive

Job Summary
SuperChef Foods is looking for a motivated FMCG Business Development Executive to expand the sales and distribution of our sauces portfolio across retail stores, supermarkets, distributors, and food service outlets. The role requires strong field presence, relationship building, and the ability to achieve sales and distribution targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new retail stores, supermarkets, distributors, and food service clients.

Expand market coverage and ensure product availability in the assigned territory.

Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.

Build strong relationships with store owners, purchase managers, and distributors.

Ensure proper product placement and shelf visibility.

Monitor competitor activity and market trends.

Ensure timely collections and maintain customer records.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

2 to 4 years of experience in FMCG food sales.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Self motivated with strong field execution ability.

Own transport preferred.

KPIs

Sales revenue and volume targets.

Number of new outlets onboarded.

Distribution coverage in assigned territory.

Repeat order frequency.

Collection cycle.

Compensation

Fixed salary plus performance based commission and incentives.
