FOH Team Member

The Restaurant Front of House Team Member will be responsible for greeting and serving customers, taking orders, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. They will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customers have a positive experience at the restaurant.

Requirements:

• Required to obtain Food Handler’s Certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, upbeat, and positive attitude
• Basic math and computer skills
• Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred but not required
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently (in-person or via POS)
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and friendly manner
• Answer questions about the menu and make recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, front counter, and restroom
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally
• Must be able to learn HuDa Pho's Menu
• Learn and maintain knowledge of our menu to effectively communicate all items and ingredients to the customer.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit card transactions
• Assist with to-go orders, curbside pickup, or delivery coordination
• Comply with food service health, safety, food handling, and hygiene codes and standards.
• Working as a TEAM and helping the kitchen with dishes, prepping, orders, etc...

Compensation Policy:

The Restaurant Front of House employee will be paid an hourly rate of $14.70. In addition to the hourly rate, they will also receive tips from customers, which will be collected and distributed according to the restaurant's policy.
