Food and Beverage Manager

Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations at a leading 5 star hospitality venue. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing upscale dining services, leading teams, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role is instrumental in maintaining service excellence and driving operational performance across the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the food and beverage team to consistently deliver outstanding service.
  • Manage daily operations, including inventory management, ordering, and maintaining cleanliness across all service areas.
  • Ensure high standards for quality, presentation, and service of all food and beverage offerings in line with brand expectations.
  • Oversee departmental budgets, control costs, and implement strategies to optimize revenue.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally to ensure a superior dining experience.
  • Plan and deliver staff training programs to enhance service skills, product knowledge, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, banquets, and group functions as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel/Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a Food & Beverage Manager role or senior position within luxury hotel brands.
  • Strong leadership, team coordination, and staff management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of food and beverage operations, inventory control, and guest satisfaction strategies.
  • Arabic-speaking candidates preferred.

Pay: QAR17,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
