Overview

The Role We are a UAE based recruitment company, currently seeking for a F&B Senior Manager for the Airport Lounges based in Jeddah, KSA for one of our clients Saudi Arabia which is a top provider of culinary and hospitality services for major airports in Saudi Arabia operating internationally over 40 years. The Sr. Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence within the department. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can develop and execute business strategies, manage financial performance, and support the professional development of the team. The role requires someone with a strong knowledge in finance particularly in P&L.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the F&B service within airport lounges.
• Drive strategic initiatives and ensure operational excellence within the department.
• Develop and execute business strategies; manage financial performance, including P&L responsibilities.
• Support the professional development of the team through coaching, training, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operations management, hospitality, or a similar role.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or senior leadership role.
• Strong leadership, motivation, and team management abilities.
• Ability to drive operational efficiency and adherence to SLAs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle operational issues.
• Experience in food and beverage service, airline lounges, or similar environments is highly preferred.
