Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor based in the Riyadh Region. The role involves overseeing daily operations within food and beverage services, ensuring adherence to service standards, managing team performance, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include supervising food and beverage staff, monitoring inventory, coordinating with other departments, and addressing customer concerns to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and motivate teams effectively
• Proficiency in maintaining and implementing high Service Standards
• Experience in Food Service, ensuring quality and timeliness
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain a professional attitude under pressure
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
• Previous experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality
