We are seeking a motivated and experienced Female Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional service delivery within a luxury hospitality setting in Qatar. The successful candidate will uphold brand standards, maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols, and foster a positive and high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure outstanding guest experiences through courteous, efficient, and professional service.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in all F&B areas.
  • Supervise, motivate, and train team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Coordinate with culinary and service teams to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
  • Manage inventory, stock control, and cost efficiency across outlets.
  • Enforce brand guidelines, operational standards, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Address and resolve guest feedback or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Support planning and execution of special promotions, events, and themed dining experiences.
  • Track financial performance metrics including sales targets, budgets, and labor costs.
  • Prepare and maintain operational and performance reports for management review.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience as an F&B Captain or Supervisor, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on motivation and team development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Capable of multitasking and managing operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and operational compliance.
  • Proficiency in stock management, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of CIS-region languages is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Experience:

  • F&B Captain / Supervisor in Luxury Hotels: 2 years (Required)
