  • Assist in the planning and execution of events and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the Kitchen and Service teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory, purchases, and sales.
  • Support the development and implementation of menus and beverage programs.
  • Maintain the administration and payroll processes.
  • Coordinate appointments and schedule meetings.
