Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards across all operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of food preparation, storage, and distribution areas.
- Identify, report, and document non-compliance or safety hazards; ensure follow-up on corrective actions.
- Train staff in proper food handling and hygiene protocols.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to implement and uphold HACCP and ISO standards.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of inspections, incidents, and staff training.
- Ensure all food safety certifications and documentation are current and compliant.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and other food safety standards.
- Excellent observation, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying potential risks.
- HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)
- ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management Systems)
- GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- FSSAI / Provincial Food Authorities Guidelines (as applicable in the region)
