Job Profile

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards across all operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of food preparation, storage, and distribution areas.
  • Identify, report, and document non-compliance or safety hazards; ensure follow-up on corrective actions.
  • Train staff in proper food handling and hygiene protocols.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to implement and uphold HACCP and ISO standards.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of inspections, incidents, and staff training.
  • Ensure all food safety certifications and documentation are current and compliant.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and other food safety standards.
  • Excellent observation, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying potential risks.

Tools / Skills

  • HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)
  • ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management Systems)
  • GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • FSSAI / Provincial Food Authorities Guidelines (as applicable in the region)
