We are seeking an experienced Food Service Manager to oversee daily operations within our fast-paced FMCG food business. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in food production, supply chain management, inventory control, and quality assurance. This role requires a results-driven professional who can manage teams, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end food service operations within FMCG distribution and production
- Oversee inventory management, stock control, and demand planning
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO standards)
- Lead and supervise kitchen, warehouse, and service staff
- Monitor supply chain efficiency, logistics, and vendor coordination
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction
- Analyze sales trends, cost control, and operational KPIs
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams for smooth operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in FMCG, food service management, or food production
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems, ERP software, and supply chain operations
- Familiarity with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, GMP)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment
