Foreclosure Attorney (Boca Raton - REMOTE)

We are a reputable Real Estate Litigation law firm looking for an experienced Foreclosure Litigation Attorney to join our BOCA RATON team. (We will allow 100% REMOTE for very experienced candidates!)

We represent CREDITORS (banks, lenders, loan servicers, mortgage companies, etc.) so we are looking for someone with Creditor's experience. Must have "first legal action" experience in FL.

We're seeking a Real Estate Attorney with mortgage foreclosure litigation experience to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working contested and uncontested files including reviewing complaints, preparing motions for default, motions for summary judgment, discovery, final judgment hearings and trials.

IDEAL CANDIDATE: 3 + years experience handling own case load of uncontested residential mortgage from service of process through sales and/or other foreclosure litigation cases in FLORIDA.
