TempExperts company, is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2–3 years of experience to join a well established firm in their Tampa, FL office. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of litigation matters, including commercial and construction disputes, while gaining valuable mentorship and professional development.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Assist with the strategy and management of complex litigation cases.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the legal process.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on significant cases while independently managing routine matters.
• Conduct detailed legal research and prepare well-written legal documents.

Requirements/Education:

• • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • 2–3 years of litigation experience, preferably with exposure to commercial or construction litigation.
  • Trial preparation or courtroom experience a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to conduct thorough legal research and draft clear, persuasive documents.
