We are looking for a Foreign Purchasing Coordinator to support our purchasing team in dealing with international suppliers. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have good English skills and are willing to learn.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicate with foreign suppliers via email and calls.

Request quotations and follow up on orders.

Prepare and update purchase orders.

Track shipments and delivery status.

Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, finance).

Maintain simple records and reports.

Support the purchasing team in daily tasks.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.

Good to excellent English (writing and speaking).

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Good communication and organization skills.
