Foreign Purchasing Coordinator

We are looking for a Foreign Purchasing Coordinator to support our purchasing team in dealing with international suppliers. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have good English skills and are willing to learn.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Communicate with foreign suppliers via email and calls.
  • Request quotations and follow up on orders.
  • Prepare and update purchase orders.
  • Track shipments and delivery status.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, finance).
  • Maintain simple records and reports.
  • Support the purchasing team in daily tasks.


REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
  • Good to excellent English (writing and speaking).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Good communication and organization skills.
  • Willing to learn and grow .
