Job Summary


Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Team Leader to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining administrative logistics tasks , managing data through Excel , and ensuring seamless communication between internal departments to maintain operational excellence.


What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:


  • Lead Administrative Operations: Oversee daily logistics documentation, including manifest processing, inventory records, and delivery tracking to ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Internal Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams (Warehouse, and Customer Service) to resolve shipping discrepancies and coordinate urgent requests.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide a small team of coordinators, ensuring tasks are completed on time and according to Iron Mountain’s high-quality standards.


What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:


  • Proven experience in a logistics, supply chain, or administrative coordination role.
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Proficient in using spreadsheets for data entry, basic formulas.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively bridge gaps between internal departments.
  • Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; a basic certificate in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
