Foreman

Core Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily on-site activities related to ELV and security systems.
• Manage and coordinate a team of technicians for installation and commissioning.
• Oversee the deployment of CCTV Systems and Gate Security Systems including Road Blockers, Bollards, and Barriers.
• Ensure installation aligns with design drawings, project specifications, and authority regulations
• Monitor material usage, manpower allocation, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers for technical instructions and issue resolution.
• Maintain daily logs and reports of site activities and team performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5 years of hands-on experience in ELV, CCTV, and Access Control Systems.
• Strong understanding of Gate Security Systems (bollards, road blockers, barriers).
• ADMCC certified (mandatory).
• Good computer skills – for site reporting, device configuration, and coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret ELV drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Strong site coordination and team management skills.
