Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee on-site operations, coordinate construction activities, and ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in construction projects in the UAE or GCC region.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and report to Project Manager or Site Engineer.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Maintain records of daily work, materials used, and manpower.
• Train and mentor junior workers on proper techniques and procedures.
• Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with other departments to prevent delays.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
