Foreman

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage workers (carpenters, painters, electricians, installers, helpers) on-site.
• Ensure proper execution of exhibition stands and event structures based on approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate daily tasks and allocate manpower efficiently.
• Monitor project timelines to ensure timely completion of installation and dismantling.
• Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with company standards.
• Conduct daily site inspections and report progress to Project Manager.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for materials delivery and site requirements.
• Monitor proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site.
• Submit daily progress reports and manpower reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Foreman in exhibition, events, fit-out, or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of exhibition stand fabrication and installation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
