Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven MEP Foreman to oversee on-site mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations. You will be responsible for managing site teams, ensuring work quality according to shop drawings, and maintaining strict adherence to project timelines and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate daily tasks for electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Technical Execution: Read and interpret MEP shop drawings and schematics; ensure installations are carried out as per approved designs.
  • Material Management: Monitor material stock on-site, request supplies in advance, and minimize wastage of pipes, cables, and ducting.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of work-in-progress to ensure compliance with DEWA, SEWA, or Civil Defense standards.
  • Safety Enforcement: Conduct daily Toolbox Talks and ensure all site personnel use appropriate PPE and follow HSE regulations.
  • Progress Reporting: Provide daily/weekly progress updates to the Site Engineer and maintain accurate site attendance logs.
  • Testing & Commissioning: Oversee pressure testing, cable insulation tests, and system startups prior to consultant inspection.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or ITI Certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in the UAE/GCC MEP construction industry, specifically on large-scale residential or commercial projects.
  • Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing networks, electrical wiring, and firefighting systems.
  • Communication: Strong command of English; ability to communicate in Hindi/Urdu to manage the labor force effectively.
  • License: A valid UAE Driving License is highly preferred.
  • Availability: Candidates on canceled visas or visit visas who can join immediately will be prioritized.
