Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Foreman (Aluminum & Façade) to lead and supervise on-site installation works for aluminum and façade projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Strong leadership abilities and technical expertise in façade systems are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily aluminum and façade installation activities at project sites.
• Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
• Allocate, monitor, and guide chargehands, fabricators, and installation teams.
• Track manpower productivity and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers and Site Managers to align site progress with the project schedule.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify quality, alignment, and finishing of completed works.
• Enforce all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on-site.
• Identify and resolve technical or site-related issues, escalating to the Project Engineer when required.
• Maintain accurate daily site reports on manpower, material usage, and work progress.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to improve worker performance and craftsmanship.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in aluminum and façade projects within the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall, cladding, glazing, aluminum doors & windows, and façade systems.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, technical specifications, and method statements.
• Proven experience supervising chargehands and site labor teams.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of HSE practices and regulations.
• Willingness to work across multiple project sites within the UAE.

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI Certificate in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Trade background in aluminum or metal works is an added advantage.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,400.00 per month
