Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Foreman – Aluminum & Façade to manage on-site installation activities for aluminum and façade projects. The successful candidate will ensure all works are executed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines. Strong leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on experience in supervising façade installation teams are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily aluminum and façade installation activities on-site.
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
• Allocate and monitor tasks for chargehands, fabricators, and installation teams.
• Track manpower productivity and optimize resource utilization.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers and Site Managers to align progress with project schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify quality, alignment, and finishing of works.
• Maintain and enforce HSE standards on-site.
• Identify and resolve technical or site-related issues, escalating to the Project Engineer when needed.
• Maintain accurate daily reports on manpower deployment, material usage, and work progress.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to improve worker efficiency and craftsmanship.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in aluminum and façade projects in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall, cladding, aluminum doors & windows, glazing, and façade systems.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, technical specifications, and method statements.
• Proven experience supervising site teams of chargehands and laborers.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and safe work practices.
• Flexibility to work across multiple project sites within the UAE.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / ITI Certificate in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Trade background in aluminum or metal works is an added advantage.
