FOREMAN – EMPTY CONTAINER YARD (ECY)

Waterlink Logistics is looking for a Foreman for our Empty Container Yard (ECY) at Hawksbay. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily yard operations and ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient handling of empty containers.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily ECY operations and yard staff

Ensure proper stacking, movement, and storage of empty containers

Coordinate with equipment operators, drivers, and operations team

Monitor yard safety and ensure compliance with SOPs

Maintain basic operational records and reports

Requirements:

Relevant experience in Empty Container Yard / CFS / terminal operations

Good understanding of container handling and yard practices

Ability to manage manpower and work in shifts

Basic communication and reporting skills
