Foreman HVAC

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman with 12+ years of hands-on experience in installation, supervision, and coordination of HVAC systems within GCC construction projects. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise in ducting, chilled water systems, VRF/VRV systems, and air distribution, along with the ability to lead teams and ensure quality and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily HVAC installation activities on site.
• Lead HVAC technicians, ductmen, pipe fitters, and helpers.
• Ensure HVAC works are executed as per approved shop drawings and specifications.
• Plan manpower allocation and monitor productivity.
• Ensure timely completion of HVAC scope as per project schedule.
• Enforce HSE standards and safety procedures.
• Conduct toolbox talks regularly.
• Ensure safe handling of heavy HVAC equipment.
• Follow permit-to-work procedures.
• Comply with GCC building codes and authority requirements.
• Experience working with leading MEP contractors in GCC.
• Knowledge of international HVAC standards (ASHRAE preferred).
• Basic computer skills for reporting.
• Strong troubleshooting capability.
