Foreman (Moving Company)

800 Truck is seeking an experienced and dependable Moving Foreman to oversee residential and commercial relocation projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will lead on-site teams, ensure safe and efficient moving operations, and deliver excellent customer service while maintaining company standards.

This role requires strong leadership, hands-on moving experience, and the ability to manage crews, coordinate logistics, and handle on-site challenges professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise movers, helpers, and drivers during residential and commercial moves
• Plan and coordinate packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking activities
• Ensure proper wrapping, packing, and securing of items to prevent damage
• Handle furniture dismantling and reinstallation when required
• Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion of jobs
• Maintain discipline, teamwork, and productivity on-site
• Communicate professionally with customers and address concerns promptly
• Resolve site-related issues and report updates to the operations team
• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly used and maintained
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the moving industry (UAE experience preferred)
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (mandatory)
• Basic English communication skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of professional packing standards and safe handling procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
