Foreman – Operations Incharge

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Foreman – Operations Incharge to lead field operations for our logistics and transportation team in Dubai. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, managing drivers and ground staff, and keeping vehicles and records in order.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily field operations to ensure efficiency and reliability
• Coordinate dispatch schedules with drivers to ensure timely and organized deliveries
• Lead and supervise blue-collar workers on the ground, maintaining productivity and discipline
• Maintain accurate vehicle logs and ensure all records are up to date
• Conduct routine ground-level vehicle maintenance checks and escalate issues when needed
• Enforce safety standards and company procedures at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Foreman, Site Supervisor, or Operations Coordinator in logistics or transport
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse ground team
• Good coordination and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Communicates clearly in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• UAE Driving Licence (preferred)
• Physically fit and comfortable working in outdoor/field conditions
