Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to oversee all plumbing installation works on-site. The ideal candidate will manage plumbing teams, ensure proper installation of piping systems, fixtures, and fittings, and maintain project quality and timelines.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of GCC or Indian construction experience is mandatory
• Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and tools
• Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings and specifications
• Proven experience supervising plumbing teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Understanding of plumbing codes, standards, and safety regulations
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise plumbers and assistants in daily activities
• Oversee installation of water supply, drainage, PPR/HDPE pipes, fixtures, and valves
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and other trades
• Manage materials, tools, and inventory control on-site
• Inspect completed work and ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Monitor progress and ensure alignment with project timelines
