Foreman – Steel Section

We are hiring a Foreman to supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the Steel Section. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise steel workers and daily operations on-site.
• Ensure work quality and adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers.
• Allocate resources and manage team schedules.
• Report progress, challenges, and materials requirement to management.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in steel construction/fabrication.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of steel fabrication, installation, and safety standards.
• Ability to read drawings and technical specifications.
• Problem-solving skills and hands-on approach.
