About the Role

Vision Interior Concept, a leading interior design and fit-out company based in Dubai, is currently seeking a Foreman Supervisor with a strong background in both supervision and hands-on labouring to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience with laborer's, in interior, ceiling, tiling, paint, wood, finishing, drawing and reporting), with valid licenses, Urdu (mandatory) and English or Arabic, works well under pressure in the construction industry and be comfortable leading a team while also assisting on the ground when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities and crew performance.
• Work alongside labourers and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow in a timely project execution and productivity.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, site regulations, and company standards.
• Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers as needed.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to Project manager.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Conduct on-site problem-solving and decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with the labourer's in construction.
• Strong background as a hands-on labourer (general construction, groundwork, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret site plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations
• Immediate availability is a plus.
