Forman

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Foreman to oversee construction site operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in supervising teams, managing day-to-day site activities, and ensuring that all work is carried out according to project specifications, quality standards, and UAE safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
• Assign tasks to workers and monitor their performance.
• Ensure all site operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment on-site efficiently.
• Maintain daily work records, progress reports, and site documentation.
• Provide guidance and training to site workers to improve productivity.
• Resolve site issues promptly and report major concerns to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of Foreman experience in the UAE (construction industry preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and plans.
• Knowledge of UAE building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good command of English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).

Education:

• High School Diploma or Technical Certification in construction or related field.

Employment Details:

• Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 (depending on experience)
