We are looking for a highly driven and analytical professional to support the Founder's Office in driving strategic initiatives, operational rigor, and cross-functional alignment. This role will work closely with senior leadership to enable informed decision-making, streamline execution, and ensure smooth communication across internal and external stakeholders. The position offers high exposure to business strategy, operations, and growth initiatives, with a strong focus on analysis, coordination, and execution excellence.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Founder's Office by collecting, structuring, and analyzing data for critical business initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and executing strategic priorities by providing data-driven insights, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Coordinate closely with senior leadership, internal teams, and external partners to enable seamless communication and execution.
  • Track and report on key business and operational KPIs, sharing regular insights and progress updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Operations to identify growth opportunities and support project execution.
  • Analyze business and financial performance, prepare forecasts, and develop reports to support leadership decision-making.
  • Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform business strategy.
  • Help maintain a structured operating cadence for the Founder's Office, ensuring priorities, milestones, and follow-ups are managed effectively.
  • Identify risks, gaps, or overperformance in initiatives and proactively escalate insights for timely resolution.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and communication materials for leadership reviews and stakeholder updates.

Experience & Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in high-impact roles such as Founder's Office, Strategy, Business Consulting, or working closely with senior leadership.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis or reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
  • High level of maturity, sound judgment, and comfort operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Highly resourceful, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities with tight timelines.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with patience, resilience, and attention to detail.
