Fractional Supply Chain & Logistics Lead Executive CPG / Food / Cold Chain / Retail Replenishment ZeroCarb LYFE is seeking a Fractional Supply Chain & Logistics Lead Executive to help stabilize our supply chain and logistics function while developing our internal supply chain lead into stronger ownership. This is a 90-day fractional engagement designed for a hands-on operator who can stabilize the function in month one, transfer more ownership by month two, and move into an advisory role by the end of the engagement. We are looking for someone who is energized by building capability, not creating long-term dependency. What You’ll Support Supply chain and logistics visibility. Inventory, production, and restock planning. Logistics, fulfillment, 3PL, and shipment readiness. Retail distribution center replenishment. Frozen, cold-chain, or temperature-sensitive supply chain workflows. Vendor strategy and escalation coaching. Development of the internal supply chain lead. Transfer of tools, trackers, cadence, and operating routines. Final recommendation on the permanent structure of the function. 30/60/90-Day Focus First 30 days: Hands-on stabilization, workflow mapping, risk identification, tracker setup, and coaching through live workstreams. By 60 days: Internal supply chain lead owns a growing set of recurring workflows with coaching and oversight. By 90 days: Internal supply chain lead owns the day-to-day operating rhythm, while the fractional leader shifts into advisory support and provides a future-structure recommendation. Must-Have Experience Supply chain, logistics, operations, fulfillment, or CPG operations leadership experience. CPG, food, beverage, D2C, retail, or inventory-heavy experience. Frozen, cold-chain, refrigerated, or temperature-sensitive supply chain experience. Retail distribution center replenishment experience. Experience developing a newer internal team member into functional ownership. Ability to work 10–15 hours per week with strong U.S. business-hours availability. 1 Strong Fit You may be a strong fit if you: Have stabilized messy supply chain or logistics workflows before. Know how to coach without taking over permanently. Enjoy building successors. Can create simple tools and operating rhythms. Are comfortable moving from hands-on support to advisory support by design. Not a Fit If You Want to own the function long-term. Resist transferring ownership. Prefer advising only and do not want to be hands-on early. Have no CPG, food, inventory, logistics, or fulfillment exposure. Engagement Fractional contract role. Approximately 10–15 hours per week. Remote, with strong U.S. business-hours availability. Initial 90-day engagement.
