We are seeking a visionary and experienced professional to lead the development and execution of our fragrance direction strategies. The ideal candidate will combine creative insight with strong market analysis capabilities to drive product innovation, strengthen our market position, and inspire the next generation of fragrance excellence.

About the Role

The Fragrance Directions Section Head will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing fragrance and oil trends, studying consumer behavior, and proposing new fragrance and oil formulations. The role will also involve collaborating with R&D, leading the fragrance trends team, and working cross-functionally with Production, Marketing, and Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze fragrance and oil trends on both local and international levels.
• Study consumer behavior and preferences to guide product development strategy.
• Propose and develop new fragrance and oil formulations aligned with market demand.
• Collaborate with R&D to ensure innovation and superior product quality.
• Test and evaluate fragrances to meet established standards.
• Lead and manage the fragrance trends team, setting objectives and monitoring performance.
• Work cross-functionally with Production, Marketing, and Sales to align product development with brand strategy.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Supervise testing and evaluation processes to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures related to fragrance and oil quality.

Research & Reporting

• Gather and analyze market data to prepare strategic reports and recommendations.
• Provide forward-looking insights on consumer trends to support decision-making.
• Select, evaluate, and manage relationships with raw material and oil suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing and quality to ensure sustainable and cost-effective sourcing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Perfumery Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the fragrance industry or a relevant sector.
• Strong expertise in market research, analysis, and product innovation.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Solid knowledge of planning, creative thinking, and problem-solving.
