Job Title: Framework Manager (Roads & Infrastructure)

Location: Doha Qatar

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage major international/regional roads, infrastructure, and drainage projects
• Collaboratively plan project strategies with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
• Identify, assess, and overcome project challenges to ensure successful delivery
• Oversee project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Manage stakeholder engagement, including regional and local liaison
• Ensure compliance with environmental standards and address environmental impacts
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams and consultants
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices across the project framework

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of overall management experience
• At least 8 years of experience in:
• Collaborative planning
• Managing and delivering major roads, infrastructure, and drainage projects
• Minimum 5 years serving at Project Manager level on relevant projects
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex infrastructure projects
• Experience in managing Ashghal frameworks

Qualifications

• Chartered Civil Engineer or Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
• MMUP/UPDA
• Equivalent experience accepted if a strong track record of successful road project delivery is demonstrated
• With Lean Certification
• Locally available and visa transferable
