Franchise Development Manager

Sabhan Furniture is one of South India’s fastest-growing premium furniture retail brands with multiple branches and a strong presence in the market. As part of our expansion plan, we are offering franchise opportunities across major cities and towns in South India.

We are looking for a Freelance Franchisee Development Manager to join our growth journey — someone who can identify, connect, and convert potential franchise investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads of potential investors interested in taking up Sabhan Furniture franchise opportunities.
• Present the Sabhan Furniture franchise model, investment details, and business returns to prospective partners.
• Manage the entire franchise acquisition cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
• Conduct market research to identify high-potential cities and territories for expansion.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and build relationships with investors and business professionals.
• Coordinate with the corporate team for proposal presentations and documentation.
• Achieve monthly targets in terms of franchise lead conversion and business closures

Job Types: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance, Volunteer
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
