Industry: Healthcare / Pharmaceutical / Retail / Franchise Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential investors for pharmacy franchises.
• Present franchise model, benefits, and ROI to clients.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Support clients throughout the sales cycle and onboarding process.
• Achieve sales targets and participate in promotional/marketing activities.
• Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or relevant field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in franchise sales, business development, or B2B sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Professional appearance with confidence in client-facing roles.
• Willingness to travel within Lahore.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
