Freelance Events Pitch Producer

We're looking for a Freelance Events Pitch Producer who can develop compelling, visually engaging, and strategically sound pitch decks and proposals for high-end corporate events.

This role is ideal for someone who blends creative storytelling with business strategy and understands what corporate decision-makers look for in event proposals.

• Proven experience in pitch writing and deck creation for corporate events, festivals.
• Strong storytelling skills - both visual and written.
• Proficient in pitch deck tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with event goals and brand guidelines
• Familiarity with corporate event formats and stakeholder expectations.
• Self-driven and responsive.
• Ability to work independently with flexibility and meet tight deadlines
• Available to begin work in the office immediately
• Experience working with event agencies or consultancies
• Background in business development, creative strategy, or marketing.
• Portfolio of past proposals or pitch decks (please include if available).
