Freelance Influencer Partnerships Manager

Livano Agency helps e-commerce brands grow by building strong affiliate and influencer programs. We partner with hundreds of creators on TikTok and Instagram to drive authentic content and sales. We’re looking for a  freelance Influencer Partnerships Manager  to support our team on a project basis and manage creator relationships end-to-end.

What You’ll Do

•       Set up and run influencer outreach campaigns (outreach, follow-ups, and communication through our software)
• Track samples, parcels, and CRM stages, ensuring the right messages go out at the right time
• Manage our creator community: invite accepted influencers into Discord, host weekly 1:1 touchpoints, post announcements, and run bi-weekly contests
• Track commissions and coordinate with finance for payouts
• Identify top-performing content and add it into the paid media engine to maximize results

What We’re Looking For

•       Previous experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or community management
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in managing influencer relationships
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; comfortable with outreach and CRM tools
• Passion for social media, content trends, and influencer culture
• Able to work independently and deliver on deadlines
