Freelance Project Manager – Exhibition Stands & Events (Qatar)

Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced freelance Project Managers specializing in exhibition stands and events to oversee projects from concept to execution. The role requires strong client-facing skills, technical knowledge of stand fabrication, and the ability to manage on-site execution under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end exhibition stand and event projects.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring expectations are met.
• Supervise production, logistics, and on-site installation.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and project deliverables.
• Collaborate with design, production, and supplier teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety and venue regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing exhibition stands and events projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
• Based in or available to work in Qatar.
